AFFIDAVIT
I, _____________ son of _____________ Resident of village _________ Tehsil AND District _________ UT of J&K do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under :-
1. That the deponent belongs to General caste i.e. BRAHIMAN and is not covered under the existing scheme of reservation for schedule castes, the scheduled Tribes and other Backward classes.
2. That gross annual income of family of deponent is below 08 lacs (Rupees Eight Lacs)
3. That the family of the deponent does not own / possess.
5 Acres (40 Kanals) of agriculture land and above.
Residential flat of 1000 sq. and above
Residential plot of 100 sq. yards (900 sq. ft.) and above in notified Municipalities.
Residential plot of 200 sq. yards (1800 sq. ft.) and above in areas other than notified Municipalities
4. That the deponent does not own / posses any other property other than mentioned in application.
5. That the deponent do not possess / own any immoveable property i.e. House Plot, Land in any other part of J&K or India.
6. That if at any point of time the stated information is found to be false / fake, I shall be liable to proceeded against under relevant provisions of law and benefits so accrued shall be forfeited.
7. That nothing has been concealed and incorrectly stated.
